From the South:

Follow I-95 N to DE-896 N/S College Ave in New Castle County. Take exit 1 from I-95 N. Continue on DE-896 N/S College Ave. Take DE-4 E/E Chestnut Hill Rd and DE-72 N to Fountainview Cir in Newark.
